The STEM Fiesta 2.0 is a unique, multidimensional event for high school and middle school students in a region. The purpose of the STEM Fiesta 2.0 is to increase their awareness of opportunities in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) education and careers, and highlight regional/national STEM role models.
Our STEM MISSION is to inspire our youth to pursue education and careers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). Educate our teachers and parents about the economic importance of and opportunities provided by STEM fields, and integrate the celebration and importance of STEM into the culture of the community towards developing a regional STEM pipeline.
STEM Challenge 6:
STEM Challenge is a technology business plan competition for high school student teams which provides an opportunity to develop a successful business plan for potential commercialization. Plan must target at least one of the following STEM categories: 1. Aerospace & Manufacturing 2. Health Sciences 3. Information Technology 4. Consumer Products (Renewable Energy).
Gaming/IT Competition provides student teams with the opportunity to design and develop innovative state of the art gaming (video games) utilizing advanced, creative information technology methods and tools.
Coding competition will provide participating students,practical hands-on coding experience, with real-life coding applications.
ROBOTICS: COMPETITION FILLED
The students participating in the VEX Robotics Competitions have the opportunity to generate and implement innovative and creative designs and applications into their robots.
